Now I'm not talking about mounts like dragons, etc. I'm asking what types of mounts people want to see in the game that could actually be done, but probably won't. Everyone wants a dragon or something crazy, but that won't happen so let's discuss REAL possibilities instead.

✭✭✭✭✭I want a "mount" that shapeshifts my character into a bird of some sort. Hovers a few feet above the ground so it's not actually a flying mount, just gives the flavor of shapeshifting into a bird.

✭✭✭✭✭Just very simple variations of the horses we already have, like a brown or black horse with a white stripe down its nose and white socks. It would be so easy for them to do that (It's just a matter of a quick edit to the texture file). I doubt it'll ever happen, though.

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

Cubes get messy. But I think a carpet in Hew's Bane or the Alik'r would be awesome, currently my character based in the dessert has a camel and would like an upgrade.2 -

djyrb✭✭✭1) A hovering disc your character can "surf" through the air on, a few feet off the ground, kind of like Wildstar's hoverboards. It would be cool if it could traverse water at full speed, but I guess that would conflict with the slaughterfish mechanics on the edges of the maps and in Cyrodiil.
2) A Dwemer centurion shell that you can enter and lope along at mount speeds, and the animation to mount/dismount resembles how you enter and exit Fallout 4's power armor.2 -
