I have never seen the off balance text on my screen. All damage numbers show as well as buffs but not disabling effects. Anyone dealt with this before?

✭✭✭✭Nope but I do have a problem that the off-balance text isn't it's own color and easier to see for how important it is, especially now. Might be a bug.1
