Is healing bugged sometimes?

Just wondering if anyone else have noticed that healing may be bugged from time to time. Most notably the Twilight Matriach's active heal and the occasional breath of life is not healing when casted. I've had this happening in vMoL and a few dungeons as well. The skill goes off, the animation happens around you and the person you are trying to heal but their health stays the same.

Just wondering if anyone else have noticed the same problem.

Yes. I've had a similar problem i think its linked to current resource issues

Could be ally is defiled in some cases or other things that should be purged.

Think it´s related to the resource issues. Experienced it both in PvE and PvP. Noticeable in PvE where stamina and magicka runs dry faster than usual. In PvP I´ve noticed in when trying to heal myself. Even with defile-debuffs the healing feels extremely off. No heal-debuff can reduce incoming heal to 0. Hopefully it´s addressed in todays maintance/patch-

Anything ability that gives you Dodge bonuses like Blur or Evasion can also dodge incoming heals as well, I noticed that a lot when trying out evasive tanking

One time their was a bug where healer wouldn't get healed from their own healing springs...made for interesting trials.

Ive had it happen in pvp on my magdk, ill pop dragonblood, the animations happen, i lose resources but i get zero heal. It's happened when i've been heal debuffed and not heal debuffed. Happened to me last patch as well.

From memory, there were no debuffs on people at the time. Also, healing was not reduced as in the case with defile, it was simply non existent.

Not really what you are talking about but the passive for nightblades that gives them an extra 10% CHD is broken for healing. Very frustrating.

I've also had the opposite of this happen in close succession to the heal problem which convinces me it is resource related

(I used remembrance on my Templar, while I myself a safe distance from threats, to heal my team and watched my health go from 100‰ to ~2 or 3‰ while my teams health finally improved. Thought I was gonna lose 20k Telvar. Not a fun moment)

The server was buggy as hell.

Damage gets applied with a huge delay, and so do heals.

I have a screenshot of Ozara's Bolt Shock that didn't get removed along with the unpin, and eventually it was to much to heal through.

I am wondering how come nobody is raging on the forum yet, it is a really important issue.

I noticed this sort of thing happening a lot with Budding Seeds. Switched to Corrupting Pollen and it seems to work fine.
