At this point, why have Summerset Isles. It will be like everything else ZOS releases riddled with bugs and performance issues. Better to fix what is wrong with the game first before adding more to it.

There is absolutely nothing special about Morrowind and they charged full price for it without packaging it with the much older - and better - DLC content. There is absolutely no reason why the first 3 PvE DLCs are not included with Morrowind. I think it would increase sales to do so versus hurt the game. Because what will always matter is the new and fresh content. And there are other things that should happen:
Craft bag access for everyone. Let's be grown ups about it. The incentive to subscribe should be the additional content and not the craft bag. I'm willing to bet most subscriptions at this point is due to craft bag access. At this point, I can't really imagine myself playing without it and I'm not subscribing forever and neither will a vast majority of players. Micromanaging inventory in 2018 is ridiculous.
Account wide mount training. I have 8 character slots and no desire to delete any of them because I would have to start mount training all over again. There is absolutely no incentive to try anything new because it is far more punishing than rewarding to do so. It's a 180-day (6 month) login mechanic which inflates the numbers of their actual player base.
With the advent of the new outfit system that drops the requirement for each character to know the motif in order to use it, we should also make traits researched account wide too. Quite frankly anything that is "redundant", such as crafting skills, should be applied account wide. We should be encouraged to delete and create new characters at a whim --- not punished. I promise you. It wouldn't cut into sales of additional character slots. You will always have those people that will purchase every slot they can get. But for the rest of us, the thought of training a new mount and researching traits (even if it's just the ones that matter to you) again is just not rewarding at all.
