Relentless Focus Attack counter bug

Xbox NA - Relentless Focuss buff tracker no longer shows the counter for amount of attacks stacked for Spectral Bow proc. I placed all buffs active even permanent and the counter for Spectral Bow was no longer showing up. I would suggest if you can fix this you make the symbol be the spectral bow assassing scourge symbol and the number inside it as it was before. Also at times I heard the proc and saw the symbol change in skill bar and I hit it and it activated the skill again and I did it again and it never shot. At times it did work but the buff counter is gone.
