Are we for real here? How come you have NEVER addressed this?
When you apply something like the Pact Warrior Tattoo to an Argonian, it reverts the Argonian to it's base scale design, which is basically bumpy skin, removing the scales you chose for your Argonian to have.

It's an MMO, not a single player. They can't create a piece of armor for every single unique adornment already in the game and all the ones to come in the future. When you apply something like the Pact Warrior Tattoo to an Argonian, it reverts the Argonian to it's base scale design, which is basically bumpy skin, removing the scales you chose for your Argonian to have.
Any markings placed on scales would be lost due to routine shedding of the scales. You couldn't be able to see a sub-dermal tattoo through the scales, so the only way to do it is to do it as the game does; remove the scales and permanently mark the base skin.

Yeah I noticed this too. Also, apparently, certain costumes, like the Merchant Lord costume for the Thieve's Guild quest line, revert you to your original skin. So say, you're a black fured Khajiit, who became a vampire, you turn back to your normal black fur.Shardan4968 wrote: »Head Markings don't remove scales, but body ones do. This doesn't make sense! I also hate when some hoods remove my little rhino horns, even tho there are few that don't affect them at all. This is not something that Zenimax can't fix. It's like removing your bear when you wear helmet.

Einstein was an Argonian? Hawking was an Argonian? We are discussing creatures who enjoy spending their time in a pool of mud. You're going to tell me, that a race with horns like a dragon never thought to leave holes in their hoods, hats and helms for their horns to go through? Seriously? Are we for real here? How come you have NEVER addressed this?
