Did not Receive Crowns this Months with Subscription?

So I have had an Eso membership + for awhile now and every month I get 1,500 crowns. This month I did not receive my crowns? Says I paid for the month but it is also saying the payment went through on "1/31/2018 30 Days of ESO Plus™" (this is when my account says I was charged).. The month ended on the 28th not the 31st.. Perhaps this is why I did not receive my Crowns because of a computer error? I will have to put in a Ticket. I was just wondering if Anyone else experiencing this?

january did indeed end on the 31st. that date is valid. is it correct, i dont know. but it is valid.0 -
