They announced Morrowind before Homestead was live and Homestead was by far a bigger and more interesting update than Dragon Bones. The whole marketing for Dragon Bones is most likely done today/tomorrow and we're moving on to the next update (which is a Chapter if they keep their announced schedule).

Yes! When we don't have some kind of special announcement for ESO Live until Friday there won't be anything but still two more days to go where this could happen. Remember, Morrowind announcement of the announcement took place just one day before the official announcement was made.

I recall seeing the cinematic intro to Morrowind leading into ESO Live... so the announcement took place with ESO Live. I also see now Morrowind is 'available at a great new price'... sounds like a lead-in to the next chapter to me; discount the old before showing off the new.
