I am sure some people would of have given up. But load screen since clockwork after patches been horrific from taking 30 mins to hour or more. At last it's gotten worst with dragon bones. But at least music better.

Plenty of people in Cyrodiil, for example, are simply too afraid to release after death because the loading screen might take upwards of 3 minutes before being able to rejoin a fight, so they just wait for a ress, even when dying right next to a keep that is not under attack.
Some people have started calling the game ELSO (Elder Loading Screens Online) as a result. I find it somewhat amusingly fitting at the moment.0
