Eso plus absolutely broken

Renewed on the 19th had it for half a day then it said not active repayed another 15 had it for half a day wrote yall numerous tickets no response finally contacted Xbox they refunded me 30 and had to purchase eso plus again for a 3rd time in 3 days just to get it working and yall still have not contacted me in response to my tickets shame on you zenimax customer support.

Want to get their attention, insanely quick, ruin a RP event......Oh they are swift on that....... Then you can discuss what you want but if they choose to ignore you after that well, that's on them lol

SOS diff Month.

I spent around 2 years going back n forth with support on this. Even tried it again on Feb 1rst after taking a few months off.

I tried to comment on all posts in a buyers beware but ppl said I was being negative so I stopped.

Another thread about this very important issue gets buried. When are you going to contact Microsoft about this ZoS? We deserve a statement on this and why it's happening and what you are doing to alleviate it.

How about YOU contact Xbox support and find out why there multiple threads about this every month?!?
