Resetting the whole game to zero

Unfortunately Champion Points always remains on your account.

I know I tried (see start of this conversation). You just have to not use them until you reach level 50, and then use them as you did when you got them the first time.
During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

You can delete all your characters and empty the Craft bag. No CP when you create a new character. But why would you want to?

Does deleting all your toons for sure reset your CP? I have the same interest as the OP.

My reasons are that I'm going to start playing the game with a new partner who has never played before and I want everything associated with either account to have been gained from our shared experience together and not from something I did 2 years ago without her. Sappy I know but nothing beats gaming with a loved one.

The only thing that wouldnt change is the bank space I've already maxed out which believe it or not is also giving me pause so I may just go thr right of a brand new account but I've bought alot of things like any race any alliance and imperial plus I have 13000 crown points unspent. I've opened a ticket to request an account reset but I havent heard anything back from them in almost 2 weeks now

Don't go to zero, share what you already have. Mail half your bag's contents to her, and you both benefit from the past. You don't even need to do that now, just establish the flow. You can't unlearn your playing experience, but you can teach her what you know (assuming you got it right, else don't!), so share the other benefits of your experience, too.

Don't gimp yourself, raise your partner up!

Don't delete everything in your craft bag send you to a good friend of yours. And then anything you can give away get to that said friend that way when they bank it and you want it all back you won't regret it nearly as much.

I’ve done it—started a new account. I’m up at over 500 CP again there (I’m maxed in my main account). More challenging is to restart on a new server. If you start a new account on the same server, it’s tempting to mail yourself gold and gear, but on a new server, you can’t do that. You’re on your own and really starting from scratch.

Why do it? For me it’s challenging and fun.

Exactly that. I've started earning CPs on my second account playing on PC EU, and have now started a couple of characters from scratch on PC NA. It feels totally different, very fresh, and playing from the UK I can't distinguish between the two servers performance-wise. It's great fun, but only if you're the kind of player who doesn't consider any aspect of gameplay to be a grind.

Just don't assign CPs to your new Alt. No need to erase CPs. Then, as your partner gets CPs, a sign the same amount as they get them.

Besides, CPs are an Account thing, so dont know how a character would be able to delete them

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yes! Hop on a new account.

Or go to a different region server.

Yes! Hop on a new account.

This is what I did. Relatively cheap, and now I have a fun place to start new toons with no champion points and such. If you want a sub and /or DLCs & Chapters, it can get expensive tho.

I enjoy having a "poor" group with no sub, no assistants, etc.
