To resolve this issue, try the following:
1. Cure yourself of your Vampirism.
2. Re-infect yourself with Lycanthropy.
3. Finish the quest Hircine's Gift.

✭✭✭✭✭Tried to scuicide? Take off your outfit? Go conpletly naked? Equip other kind of weapon? Heavy attack with resto or lightnig staff, fight a duel and let yur enemy to use fear or knockback on you, reset skills, log of ij a somekind of water basen, use crafting station, enter decoration mode in a house, sit on some chair... Maybe nothing will help but it cant be worse.
EDIT:
Try to mess with your outfit to. Maybe change the style of weapon or clear the slot/slots.
