Like a wekk ago I reported 4 players (actually only 2 by name, cause I wasn't able to také screenshot of the other 2 names) who were swapping resources in Cyro. The support sent me an email that I can put them on ignore list or reply to this email. I replied and sent them the picks I took.

Do they let me know what (if anything) happened after that or ths is all?

ZOS won't discuss any punishment or action taken on individual accounts.

All you can do is report and move on.

The first response is just an automated response, it means nothing. You need to send your screen shots in again, responding to that reply.

I use Bot Scanner 2000 to report botters. Makes it REALLY easy. Just turn on the scanner, mouse over the characters to add them to your list, then just go down the list and click to report. It will automatically open a ticket with info already filled out along with location coordinates.

As Ackwalan said if you get an automated reply you need to then reply to that email again with the same or additional information.

Whilst ZOS doesn't approve of player trading in Cyrodiil it's not something they heavily enforce without good evidence. If they do take any action you won't hear about it from them because they don't release information on specific punishments.
The best you can do is report it, make sure the report is known (you can always post ticket numbers in threads like this) and hope they take some action.
