Can I purchase The Elder Scrolls® Online Morrowind® Digital Collector's Edition from ESO website, un-install steam, and, still keep my ESO+ membership? Second, would I have to restart with new characters or would my characters still be there? Third, would I lose my CP, skills and all other stuff I collected??
