Do slotted boosts affect % based abilities after bar swapping?

As in the title, does anyone know if abilities that go based off a % are affected by slotted ability boosts, or temporary boosts, and if so, do the % based abilities retain that full effect after the temporary boost's effect ends, or the ability bar is swapped and the slotted effect goes away? For example, say I have Spiked Bone Shield, which gives a damage shield for 30% of max health, and Structured Entropy, which while slotted would give me +5% max health.

1. If I have SE slotted, and cast SBS, will SBS take into account SE's max health boost, giving me a stronger damage shield?
2. If yes to 1., will SBS's damage shield retain its strength (that takes into account the health boost) after the ability bar is swapped and the health boost is lost?
3. If I do not have SE slotted, and cast SBS, then swap to the bar with SE on it, will SBS's damage shield increase in strength?
4. Same questions as 1. 2. and 3., except instead of SE's max health boost, it's a temporary health boost from food or a Warden.

I'd test this myself but I, being on console, have limited ability to see effects and numbers in real time, specifically for damage shields.
