Hey, First of let me start by letting whoever reads this know that I'm on the ps4 so, As of this writing we do not have the system... yet.
Ahem! so, can you use a costume such as the wedding dress with the new system? like just to dye the weapons and then apply the wedding dress over? or is it exclusive to the armor pieces etc?

Shanjijri✭✭✭✭I am still with my costume and I change the style and the colour of my weapon. You can wear a costume but apply an outfit only on your weapons.
If you are ESO+, you can dye your costumes too.2 -
