I have a stamina dragon knight , lv 50 in wood working and blacksmithing,looking for advice for 160 cp craftable set advice to where to get usefull sets?

What are you looking for? DPS? Healer? Tank? Stamina DK doesn't seem healerish, so I'll exclude that, but it may be helpful for us to hear what you're looking for if you want help. Are you looking to do trials? Solo? PVE or PVP?

L50 in Crafting is one thing, but to make Special Crafted Sets, you need to know Traits. The more traits you know, the more sets you can make. There are some Tanky and Stamina sets that only need 2 to 3 traits known, but some of the more powerful ones require 6 to 9 traits know.

For DPS you'd want Hundings rage (mostly medium)
For Tank you want Torag's Pact (in heavy)
(Yeah it gives a spell damage bonus but its a tank set)

If you want survivibility for your stamina DPS I'd just put some health enchantments on your gear.
You can use Infused and/or heavy chest piece, with prismatic defense rune that gives you all three stats. I did that for my PVP character just to push my health up a little. Expensive but I feel its worth it.

If you grind the undaunted passive you get extra resources for having three different weights of armor, Which is where having a crafted set is particularly useful.

use the "beginner" build, 5 pc hundings/5 pc nmg. Pretty basic crafted set.

I've been hearing about a nice 1H+Shield stamina DPS build out there that might work for you. Hunding's Rage is the go to crafted set for stamina DPS, so maybe you could try a full set of Hunding's Rage medium armor with a 1H+Shield and make something work while still being quite survivable, so long as you get your resistances up.
