Player/s and Employee/s Abusing the Reporting System

I have a friend in game (before you say it's me but using the friend thing it is a friend but if he even posts something this he has a 90% of getting suspended again). He doesn't get along with a certain player in game. This certain player apparently knows an employee and this employee is abusing his power. Around Thanksgiving of 2017 my friend told this certain player to "STFU" in zone chat in Cyrodiil. Yes I agree that profanity is not nice even if it's abbreviated but this game is supposedly 17 years old or older and there's a profanity filter, in my opinion that means profanity isn't exactly banned. But nope apparently this was some type of violation of ToS and yes it's probably somewhere in the fine print about being "nice" to people but honestly if we're going to start getting banned for just saying a quick "STFU" when the trolls are worst normally there is something wrong. So back to the point my friend gets banned for a week. So my friend comes back and avoids the certain player than he gets banned again a week ago for another week over a joke in zone chat. Also my friend has a relation who also plays the game and since Thanksgiving of 2017 the relation has been suspended 4 times.

Honestly there is something wrong if someone can get suspended so many times when it relates to one player. It would be great if someone could contact me about this, better if it was 2 employees so in the odd chance I get the certain player's friend that contacts me I have a backup employee.

I’m sure a ticket would be a better way of raising this issue, especially since your post is very vague and at best circumstantial heresay. Unless of course the ban mentioned it being “because you were mean to my friend”

Yes you are right and there is a reason it was vague-ish since I didn't want to get my friend in trouble with certain people and I don't think it's 100% right to call someone out directly on a forum using their name even if I do know other people that had issues with this certain player. But my friend's ticket hasn't done anything for him no matter how many times he sends in tickets for mediation.

Simply put, if it's really an issue with your 'friend,' the issue is not yours to resolve.

They need to submit the ticket (though I'm uncertain what, exactly, the ticket would be for) and if they do not like the response, they can message it to a Mod here and get further referral.
