Black load screen (PC NA)

Every time I try to login I get an infinite black loading screen (I play on PC NA). I let it sit for upwards of 20 minutes while I got up to do other things and it was still loading. Worked fine yesterday so something with your update today broke the game for some. I use the launcher (through Steam) with no luck. I use the eso64.exe and the login screen has no background images but I enter my info and login and get the same black loading screen. Been doing this for hours, I submitted a support ticket but seriously WTF are you guys doing? Get your s**t together, this is ridiculous! EVERY UPDATE (small or large) I get hit with patcher or login issues and it's getting very annoying!

I've tried the "Repair", tried rebooting, made sure no ESO related processes are running, removed the Elder Scrolls Online folder to start fresh and nothing works.

mines similar-- but loading screen is the pictorial screen prior to character to select that stays there infinitely.
