Crashes and infinite loading screen after Dragon Bones patch

Sigh...

So I patched the game, could log, switched characters to do writs and then I interacted with an npc merchant in Hollow City and got a huge UI error message! And the game froze on me! Nothing worked... impossible to click the Esc button and log out. Had to do a hard reset to close the game. Tried to log back in but got an infinite loading screen. I just cant get to the character selection window. Did a repair, tried again then got and error message saying ''error, please try later''... did second repair, a third repair with pc reboots every time and still cant log back. So what can I do?
