Experience Gains Removed in Groups - Must be a Bug

It appears mob kills are not giving experience while in a group at max CP level (possibly below) - this has to be a bug, but could be intended I guess to prevent PLing people. Seems to be happening in multiple zones, Skyreach, etc...

It's not only while grouped. If anyone is fighting a mob solo and someone else tags that mob neither player are getting experience.

This is not restricted to max level/max CP characters, either. Anyone else have other tests they've done?

dont fix this. instead make it a feature.

We always wanted to get a way to stp leveling some chars
