    Thanks! Looks like we have a fix for that scheduled for our first incremental patch.

    Which means that for the time being, bound items still get deleted. Though one of the posters in the original bug thread suggests that this may be counteracted by having another character go to the house with the chest before deleting the one you want deleted. FWIW.

    This is not going to lead to people screaming on the forums at all.

    So, does this bug still exists on live servers?
    One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.

    Delete a toon or just level a new one with a new slot. Buy the character slot. if you are eso plus you can just use your monthly crowns to pick that up.

    So I just bought a container so that I could delete a char and use his slot for a new alt, and I am now afraid to have him dump his stuff & be deleted.
    This is so stupid. The whole point for me was to avoid having to use mules & free up slots, even with the added expense.
