Not Getting Access Codes Sent

So I've been seeing this has been a recurring issue over the past few years, but yeah. I'm not getting any access codes sent to my account, so I can't play the game, I can't change my e-mail, and I can't log in to support to ask for help or have them change my e-mail for me, because I'm not getting the access code to log in! Amazing.

Before you suggest, yes, I have
  • added noreply@blahblahblah to my contacts
  • turned off my firewall
  • restarted my computer
  • fullscreen to windowed mode
  • checked the e-mail spelling
  • checked junk and trash folders
  • logged in and out and in and out of my e-mail's inbox
  • cleared cache/cookie/browser data

Basically, I've done everything listed in every thread concerning this, and I'm not getting ***. I'm really frustrated at this point.

    If you have done everything listed here and have still not gotten the access code, you should contact customer support to request we change your email address by selecting "No Longer Have Access / Can't Remember Email on Account" in the Issue Type field on this form.

    To the game person there, I have done everything too, and I can't even fill in, complete your account recovery form either due to the fact that I have

    lost emails
    had to reinstall my OS 3 times
    suffer with episodic memory issues due to left temporal lobe epilepsy
    had a go as much as possible with all other instructions floating around
    tried to ring a phone number up to you guys at ESO only to be told this number is just automated not for help

    I can't log into website account, can't log to change email address from castle@electronscape.co.uk to james.ancliffe@electronscape.co.uk, can't get client to play game, so I can't do anything as you lot as ESO are just not sending me any access codes what so ever at all. I am NOT RECIEVING ANY ACCESS CODES AT ALL and ive tried past 2 days now, almost 3 days. ive even added your email address to my safe list too. so please, just send me a code please.
