So I've been seeing this has been a recurring issue over the past few years, but yeah. I'm not getting any access codes sent to my account, so I can't play the game, I can't change my e-mail, and I can't log in to support to ask for help or have them change my e-mail
for me, because I'm not getting the access code to log in! Amazing.
Before you suggest, yes, I have
- added noreply@blahblahblah to my contacts
- turned off my firewall
- restarted my computer
- fullscreen to windowed mode
- checked the e-mail spelling
- checked junk and trash folders
- logged in and out and in and out of my e-mail's inbox
- cleared cache/cookie/browser data
Basically, I've done everything listed in every thread concerning this, and I'm not getting ***. I'm really frustrated at this point.
