How will you organize your storage?

I’ll go for rp-feel with my coffers. I plan to name them after my first three character, like Marrazz’ stuff etc. My main is dps, then there’s a healer and a baby tank, so basically coffers will hold my dps, healer and tank sets.

I prefer the look of coffers over chests, so I wonder if 30 slots of extra space per role is enough in a long run.

Any other ideas of storage use?

My bank will now hold all of my crafting materials. My house coffers will have various set collections and possibly even more crafting materials if my bank can't hold them all. This will allow all of my characters (once I get off my ass and go get them the skill points they need) to deconstruct all of the things they need to and then just throw them in my banker on the spot and keep playing. Should be a huge timesaver.

Most of my characters have their own house so I'll store their extra/alternative sets there.

I might have to set up an apartment or 2 for my homeless characters.

The storage containers hold the same inventory no matter where they're placed, so you only get one set of boxes.

I will use it to store quest items that are important to me in some way. Prismatic Sword for example, it is reward for last Fighters Guild quest I received long ago and I used it to defeat Molag Bal. In previous TES games I was keeping things like that in my home to remind me about great adventures I experienced.

I want to put all my unused monster set pieces in one.
In another, I want to put pieces of specific armor sets, so I don't have to spend four years trying to find all the pieces to those sets in my over-stuffed bank.

But first I'll wait a week after release to make sure there aren't any bugs that will delete everything stored in the chests. LOL.

Nothing until I'm sure they have fixed the bugs we found on PTS.

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/388883/pts-update-17-bug-reports-for-home-storage#latest

Losing more than 100 account bound items, including 25 Monster set pieces, would have really hurt if it had been on the live server.

I think it would be safest to just put junk items in there for the first couple of weeks, just to make sure it's bug-free and safe before we put in our valuable pieces.

You really should consider to get ESO plus - it is amazing how much free inventory and bank space you get due to the crafting bag and all the hassle with managing inventory and bank space is gone as well. Eventually, if you do not want to sub for a longer time, sub for a month and all that stuff will automatically go into your crafting bag - and lots of free space in an instant - it will stay there and you can use these items directly from the bag, even when ESO+ runs out - you just cannot put new items into the bag.

Try it for a month - it will help you out a lot.

I'm gonna keep furniture inside them, so I'll probably name them like:
    1. Morrowind furniture
    2. Base game furniture
    3. Luxury vendor furniture
    4. Achievement vendor furniture
    And so on.

I'm not a sub, so my mats go in the bank. I will probably put set pieces and stuff that I don't urgently need like stacks of gems, lockpicks, potions, and all those thingies that you never throw away but you never use xD.

Trial set in one, dungeon set in probably two chests monster set in the last. coffers will be overflow with one for fun stuff.
This will not be stuff I farm actively but things I might want to use later.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

YES! I would love to have mannequins and nice jewellery display cases. Like I will never throw away my Gold CP100 (or 120?) mender ring. I got it at vet10 or 12 and it was my first piece of gold jewellery.

In other ES games I kept certain armour sets on mannequins and weapons in cases or on the wall.

    I want that here!

At least one for furniture, and one for motifs and such stuff that I have a "bank alt" holding (one more character space freed up for use!). And probably some gear and mats I use less often.

I'm not even sure how I will organize things yet but I have over 800 vouchers waiting. I'm excited.

I know how much time ESO+ can save, but I literally have no income and cannot justify spending 15$ a month for just that. I already have all the DLCS, so no value there, I have all the crowns I need for a long time after that last sale, and I have a maxed crafter so I don't need any of those bonuses either. I have all of my cotumes dyed already too.
