My line of business is tech support, so I'm familiar with the process of cases being moved to other locations and getting lost in the shuffle. Be patient with the support people and they'll do their best, but if you haven't heard back within a few days (as of this post), reply to the ticket and make a polite inquiry as to the status of the case. It's possible that someone from another area and/or on another shift just didn't get the request. They're man/mer too, so a little understanding and patience will go a long way when making requests.
