I has a email with tech support about trading in one of my mounts for another one and they sent my ticket to another team and still didn't respond yet been 2 days wondering if a mod can investigate

    My line of business is tech support, so I'm familiar with the process of cases being moved to other locations and getting lost in the shuffle. Be patient with the support people and they'll do their best, but if you haven't heard back within a few days (as of this post), reply to the ticket and make a polite inquiry as to the status of the case. It's possible that someone from another area and/or on another shift just didn't get the request. They're man/mer too, so a little understanding and patience will go a long way when making requests.

    You'd be surprised, but that is typically not a good enough reason for them to treat one player differently than others and bend the rules for them. They typically do not do crown store item transfers of any kind and refunds are unheard of in situations like this. If there is an error on their end, sure, you can usually get somewhere, but buying too much of something (or getting too much of one thing through crates) is not their fault and not something they are responsible for in any way.

    Yeah the ticket is still active just gotta wait I guess all I want is to trade my flame guar for different flame mount but I doubt it I Litteraly have 4 guars I don't even like them

    Your right but whats wrong with trying? And I know they will probably say no but it's worth a chance to me if I wanna waste my time trying so what I'm not you also I know alot of the tech support people they are very nice so guess we can only wait
