Major _Weird_ Lag and Disconnect issues in Cyrodiil tonight.

I don't know if this is happening to anyone else right now but ALL NIGHT I'm not seeing much ping or visible FR lag on my meter and my Speediest and Traceroute for my ISP hasn't had a single hiccup... but I'm seeing a HUGE issue with
1. not being able to rez or port to keeps all night without getting stuck in a load screen.
2. normally I NEVER get sent out of cyrodial if i crash due to a monster fight but since yesterday its booted me out of cyrodial every time.
3. weird lag when engaging in a fight with more people than usual. by this i mean we all run into the occasional person that you can't target, skills won't fire, sudden stop-motion animation with no trace of lag present. you can be 1v1 middle of nowhere and it happens with certain folks over and over. usually just with them. since last night its been TONS of folks, with or without big fight, with or without keeps nearby... are hits them but thats all. VERY weird.
4. and lastly random disconnects saying eso quit unexpectedly.
I've tried everything i can think of, done all the standard repairs, reinstall, checked out everything i could, stayed diligent to make sure it wasn't my ISP dropping, and I've NEVER had some of these issues before. the rest only is lesser degree's. Most of the folks i run with out there are offline so i can't find out if it's just me or not for some of these issues. but i know all night tonight everyone HAS been noting the unusual amount of lag they are experiencing too. Is zOS maybe doing behind the scenes hot fixes in preparation of Monday since weekend server load is too big for it? And whats up with the untargetables? Any additional info on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm going insane having to log back in and re-que overtime i try to port. I even checked out dueling in pve and hit a dungeon up with a lot of lightning and fire and no lag at all, so its only doing weird stuff in cyrodial.

I'm on EU (PC if that matters) and no lag in Overland, delves, dungeons etc. except on Sunday evening and that is minimal. Have you checked your route to the game?

Are you still experiencing lag and disconnections when in Cyrodiil or other parts of the game?
There are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try found in a post here. If you've done everything and still have issues, you should contact customer support to start a ticket.
It's ONLY in Cyrodiil. no other area of the game is affected. Yes i've done all the trouble shooting steps. if it happens again today i will open a ticket.NA EP CP1200+
