[Solved] Cannot login to my account information/management

I tried to login to my account to check if I have set up my card to charge for my sub, but when I do it gives me this error: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 11693303038961353149"

someone help please.

***Nevermind, in the account now. Don't know what happened there. tried a few times earlier but kept getting that message. It's all good now though, already able to login.
