Where do you give feedback on maintenance times?

That's it. Can't seem to find anywhere on the forums where you can do this. 4 A.M. eastern U.S. time is a pita for a crap ton of Aussies and late night players in the U.S. Seems like sometime during regular U.S. business hours would be far better. Edited to mention starting, say, between 6A and 8A.

Even if it were during U.S. prime time, it's still once a week ... sometimes there is no maintenance in the week.0 -

✭As a fellow Australian, it is annoying that it does always impact us... but that's just the way it is. I do wish, however, that it wasn't at the same time every fortnight - or else that we could still play the other server. But that's no longer a thing either.
On a personal note I wish they didn't release patches and most DLC on a Wednesday, since I'm not here Thursdays, which means that by the time my potato internet downloads said patch it will be Friday... but what do you do. We can't change the maintenance day/ time any more than I can get my internet upgraded.

The reason I brought it up is because Zeni themselves said, "Based on player feedback maintenance times are now ....". So....players did have an influence on when it happens. 0 -

Ahh... you made it sound like you're Australian. But I've never seen ZoS say that? The simple fact of the matter is more likely to be that either the scheduled maintenance time is when it affects the least amount of players (so as per your example, mostly Oceanic and late night US players), or that's when it's most convenient for ZoS' employees. Or both of course.

It's on the maintenance announcement thread. I also mentioned late night U.S. players, which there a lot of. I'm not surprised, however, that people in gen chat would make only a cursory read of what I posted, which does not mean you, incidentally. If they moved it up even a couple of hours it seems like it would be more convenient for quite a few thousand folk.
Still, I don't know if they do all three servers one after the other or simultaneously, so that may also have an impact on why they do it at the times they do it.0 -

I do. Not a fan of it but I realise that the majority of players are likely offline then and that no matter when, some will get screwed.

I do, but it's hard to get support to change maintenance times to accommodate us night owls0
