I'm not one but I don't mind them
I think if they put the initial reduction of damage back into radiant magelight everything will be fine again.....

I put other because.. i am not really a ganker.

I do often attack from stealth, but i am not a '1-shot build'. I kind of want to set up a magblade brawler, but i am forcing myself to play a squishier build to learn my class better. If i can survive being a softer target more, than I'll be better for it in the long run.

I'm throwing myself at any class atm, even though some classes just seem difficult to fight. when that 1000+ Templar I know i'll either have to bail out eventually or i'll get cc'd to death, but just picking on low level squishies isn't fun either.

I usually leave low levels alone, besides just putting mark on them or a degeneration... give em a bit of a fear rush... hehe.

I do dislike 'bowtards', but have no issue with other ranged classes. I think maybe I got ganked hard by a hunter when I played vanilla WoW way back, so now I tend to target them if possible.

As for ppl who lose their mind when they get ganked, just part of the game. Be boring if we all were the same build. I rather get ganked than beat on some guy that's just turtled up. I've watched a few Templar vs DK fights, that just ended with both of them just going their seperate ways without a winner. Watching paint drying was more exciting...

And lastly... gankers usually gank other gankers... since they are often the one target that can be burst down fast.

The main thing I don't like is pvp ganking means a sneaky sniper pve playstyle is not able to become viable because the same tools would make pvp gank OTT.

I love gankers. I don't gank. Killed almost all gankers if my pings are good. Cyro will be boring without gankers.

    I am one, it's fun
I'm a bow ganker. I enjoy it. It's the way I like to fight. Hide in the bushes, shoot 'em in the back and then run away before anyone can start returning fire :)

I do try not to be annoying. I avoid shooting the same person off their horse more than once in an afternoon, especially if it's a very slow horse.

I think ganking can also be educational for the victims. For example, it teaches people that when they see their mate get shot by a sniper it's just plain dumb to immediately run over to their fallen comrade to offer assistance.

I also hunt gankers. They're easy prey if you can mark them.

As for those posters who say they kill nearly everyone who tries to gank them, I laugh. When my first shot lands I can tell if I'm going to get a kill or not, and if not then I'm out of there straight away. Usually the only time I get killed is when I get run over by a zerg that I just didn't see running up behind me. It happens when you're completely focussed on your prey.

I used to be one, I can be one and I don't mind them because I know how they act based on how I as a ganker acted and I can counter them. No big deal.

    It's annoying
It's a bit obnoxious, but I can't make people not gank. At this point in the game, I have a few tricks down my sleeve when dealing with them.

    It enhances muh murzions

    Sometimes gank,
frequently hunt gankers on builds specialized to do such
enjoy fighting gankers when encountering them in the overland

Gankers in Cyrodiil provide an experience ZOS was not able to recreate with NPCs and leashing,
in single player titles, random NPCs would spawn and attack the character for varying reasons
Highwaymen would assault the player; assassins from the Dark Brotherhood would hunt her down

enjoy the presence of gankers and mechanics of ganking
on the same basis which it would be nice to see ZOS periodically spawn some wandering bosses in Cyrodiil
but NPC routes in this game are small and pretty tightly constrained, so not expecting them to add such
they implemented what they could, mechanically, in IC and appreciate that

the problem is that not everyone desires that level of unpredictability in game

best thing to do is embrace it tho,
it can be fun to watch zone chat, and head out to hunt gankers when people complain about not being able to make the ride to the current siege
there is a handful of interesting skills, sets, and potions in the game that serve no other real purpose than hunting gankers,
take an evening or two, run a build based around using them, and make some ganker's night exciting and miserable
