You can change your signature and avatar under the forums settings:

In the Profile tab, click on Edit Profile.
Customize the signature by clicking on Signature Settings.
Customize the avatar by clicking on Change My Picture. After selecting an avatar that you like, you'll have to confirm this by clicking the button at the bottom.

what about on mobile?

On your phone you will need to make sure the website is displayed in full or classic mode depending on the mobile device. You would then be able to access your profile as described above.
