I want to buy more things for you. I'm excited about upcoming housing storage and can't wait to get those options. We can do better though. All these great crownstore items and I already have what I need... but I'd love to buy gifts for my friends, but I can't. How can we make this happen? I want to get costumes and mounts for my friends. You get more of my cash, my friends get delightful gifts, I get joy giving.. we all win.

It can be done. It might take a couple of emails, but it can be done. I just did it two weeks ago. Limited to items that are live in the crown store, afaik.

well, I got one item for my friend for a test. That went through great. Then since it was so successful I tried to get her 5 dresses. The tech put them on my account despite indicating my friend's account like I did the first time.

Subsequent messages to the tech asking for a correction or at least a refund went ignored after that.. tried placing a new ticket to plea for it to get fixed and that also got ignored. So now I'm stuck with a bunch of stupid dresses I have no use for and I'm out 5,000 crowns.

They're clearly not set up to handle this and if you hit the limits of their capabilities they just ignore you.
