That or it's the additional long leg window at 250 a pop each side.]

That's not good enough for anyone who's not a hormonal, teenage boy. Less Fabric = lower cost.
-Clearly you've never bought women's clothing before. Less fabric = higher cost is pretty standard, even if it doesn't make it revealing.
-But I agree that 2,000 crowns is expensive for this costume. The texture on the fabric is nice and from what I've seen it dyes nicely except for the gold trim, but it's pretty niche and I don't think it's worth that price.

Thankfully, mine were sales crowns so basically half price.

That's all part of the illusion!!! They put the crowns on sale, then deflate the value of Crowns by increasing the Price of Crown Store Items...
Is this world for real!?!

If you're really that enamored with virtual nudity, you can actually run around in a bath towel... Or go watch some *** online for free like a normal kid... But this!?! It does NOT COMPUTE!!! I had every intention of buying Nocturnal Frock until I saw the pricing. I have the crowns, I just can not do it ON PRINCIPLE.
HOW CAN THIS COST AS MUCH AS A 2-in-1 Hero Costume!?!
I do not understand.
Can I get some attention on this!?! Or Anything!? I'm still waiting for word on the Argonian Four-Fabric Skirt Set [Female] Leg bug...

You're throwing fire at the players but this is all the intention of the Devs. They know, EVERYONE knows, Sex sells. The desire for skin is what drives the price. That may not apply to you, but it does to a whole lot of other people that enjoy a good show while playing the game.
Judge the people buying this costume all you want, but in the end it's all because ZOS knows this'll make them some cash.

... You're missing the whole point of this post. I'm not here to bash the people buying the costume or the quality itself, simply the price. I had every intention of buying this Costume until I saw the price, I have the crowns to do it, I simple can not on principle. If you think the "Boob window" and leg slits are worth 2000, that's on you, I on the other hand, do not. The end.

I could accept the cost, however it's the fact that the product has clipping issues and holes that bothers me. Additionally it doesn't dye properly.
This happened recently with the Telvanni Magister's Outfit too. I'm hoping they go back and fix these outfits, because it's making me nervous to want to buy any in the future, since I may wind up with another item that looks good when my character is standing still in the shop, but falls apart as soon as I move or try to dye it.
Same here. I would have bought it for half that price, but that price is disgusting. The only reason it's that expensive is that when it was datamined, a bunch of people were praising it and saying they wanted it. ZOS saw that and raised the price.... I think it's one of those that will require the proportions of your character to be just so or it won't look right.

It's sad we can't even be honest any more about what we like and don't like, because they'll just raise the prices on anything we say we like. On another thread, I expressed that I liked one of the upcoming mounts, and I'm already sorry I did.
