Going in Circles - Unable to Cancel ESO+ Account & Unable to create Support Ticket

Summary: Unable to create support ticket, unable to cancel ESO+, problem is weird and the Knowledgebase has nothing about my specific 2 problems.

So today I logged into my account to cancel ESO+ on my account, because I won't be able to play the game for a couple of months. (Sigh). Seems there are a number of weirdo account things going on in my account. I have ESO+ right now, but one page of my account info says that I need to renew, which is wrong because I am currently paying month to month, and the payment automatically recurres.

This oddity is probably why I am unable to CANCEL my ESO+ membership. So next I logged into my Support account, and tried to find the place to submit a new ticket, only to flounder around in THAT site for 30 minutes.

This is incredibly sad. I have now bee\en at this for 45 minutes and gotten nowhere

Good thing I have 15 or so days before ESO bills my credit card again for ESO+.
