I joined a guild and they had colored text and a picture of a monkey, how do you do that?

✭There are multiple color codes you can use to color text when you type guild messages, there is a list to them online1 -

✭✭✭✭It's just really basic ingame code, obviously not an exploit since it doesn't really do anything but change colors and make you reach the character limit really fast0 -

✭What I’ve been unable to get to happen is to get the image to act as a background to white text, in the guild MotD area.
I was told it had to do with the pixel dimensions, but in my experiments I couldn’t get the text to be foreground and the pic background.
This is on Xbox.Xbox NA0
