If you want to craft it on the PTS, the motif knowledge is included with the Dragon Bones Template character creation option. It will be part of the Crafter Limitless Library, and I believe it's similar to the other holiday motifs, so it doesn't require high ranks in crafting to learn it.

really want that style and not understand why you allowing it but not allowed to exist on LIVE

it is only allowed to be viewed IN THE CRAFTING STATION as a style and not allowed to be purchased both ingame AND on the PTS.

you have been here long enough to know that motifs are teased ingame like dungeon sets do not come until a later patch sometimes. just look at the hotr sets that later became motifs or the hof sets that will become motifs in a future patch. or in morrowind the house motifs that didn't become motifs till a later patch. in live the worm cult uses this set in vvardenfell near gnises and there is a set ingame from alikir that uses the new worm cult motif as well.

Well seeing as last years anniversary event gave motifs of all kinds except dlc dungeons and almost broke the motif economy in the process due to absolutely flooding the market with common and rare styles I'm going to hedge my bets and say that the Worm Cult motif will be the only one available in the rewards packages.. Somewhat similar to how Hollowjack and Skinchanger are. It would be a pretty dumb move to flood a market again that is only just showing signs of recovering.

If it exists now, it'll be available in a future update, just like how BloodForge and Dreadhorn were.
