Ability to turn off grass on consoles?

I used to play this game on PC and always turned off the grass in video settings. Is it possible to do on consoles (I play on Xbox now)?

I like to have grass off, not just for a FPS gain, but for spotting gathering nodes so much easier.

To my knowledge, the answer is no. Video settings on the Xbox is very limited. I haven't seen them. I could be wrong, so will not say 100% NO, but I haven't seen anything like that on the Xbox.

Yeah, I've wanted this option since the console port dropped. Ground clutter adds nothing for me, and I always turn it off in PC games that allow it. It really does do wonders for gathering.

There's almost 400 skill points in the game now ... that's more than enough to cover the keen eye passives.

Changing graphical settings would mean a less stable FPS and that isn't ideal.... They lock the settings specifically to maintain a playable frame rate and changing them (up or down) might cause some play ability issues.

Made a post awhile back about it. It creates a huge disadvantage when fighting elevated opponents.
