The boundary of the skill is missing. Seems to have disappeared after the update in size to be 4 times as big.

Increased the radius of the Minor Lifesteal debuff applied by this ability and its morphs to 28 meters from 8 meters.
Slightly adjusted the visual effects due to the radius increase.
This is from PTS Patch Notes 3.3.0 . Didn't test it in PTS myself but almost sure this is why ^^0 -
