long long time ago i bought a VO sword defending which i bought for 30k when i ran with a trial .. laughing they were at me , crazy they said i was for spending that much money on trash trait well.....

•Standardized the chance an ability has to apply a secondary effect, such as burning, chilled, or concussed. These chances are: •Weapon enchants 20%
•Standard ability 10%
•Area of effect abilities 5%
•Damage over time abilities 3%
•Area of effect damage over time abilities 1%

Status effects:
- Chilled: Applies Minor Maim
- Concussion: Applies minor vulnerability
- Burning: Adds a DoT

Elemental Force: Increases your chance of afflicting enemies with Burning, Concussion, and Chilled status effects by 100%

Charge trait: Increase the chance to apply status effect by 110% (for 1 handed) or 220% (for 2handed weapons)

It´s a nice trait if you want high uptime on elemental effects. In PvP it can be useful to utilize. Note that these effects has no cooldown and can be applied on multiple enemies at once.

The first, and only, item that I have transmuted so far is my Asylum Greatsword. I don't remember which trait it was but now it is nirnhoned, and it's really nice

Charged trait almost guarantes the secondary effects such concussion ( damage increase,) , burning, posion, diease ( major defile) and this case minior maim. So for my defensive playstle healer, I use Frost blockade instead of lightning. The asylum makes up off balance and concussion buff and debuff but gaining defensive support for my warden.

Took my 3 of my 5 VO daggers that weren't in Nirnhoned and Sharpened and transumted them to 2 Infused, 1 Precise. Nirn + Infused for most raids, Infused + Precise for certai bosses with a Prismatic enchant and Infused + Sharpened for vMA.

The sword is pretty terrible yep... instead of the 2.5% that's listed on the tooltip, you get like a 1.7% damage increase.

The Asylum staff will only give you Concussion not Off balance. A Blockade of Storms is what applies Off Balance to enemies that are Concussed. So you've got to be using a Lightning Blockade to apply Off Balance. If you're using a frost staff already, that means either you don't have a resto staff or you don't have a lightning blockade. Since the former is pretty unlikely for a healer and since you mentioned that you use a Frost blockade, this means you don't have Off balance. And the Asylum staff also provides Minor Main as part of its effect, since Force Pulse has all 3 elemental status effects (Concussion, Burning and Chilled)... So basically, unless you use a Disease or a Poison enchant on the Asylum staff, the Asylum staff in charged is kind of a total waste because both Charged and the Asylum staff guarantee the exact same thing when used seperately but don't reinforce each other's effects when used together. So it seems to me like you've wasted 50 transmute crystals...
