Remove snares from pvp already

Snares are the most cancerous mechanic in game atm but if they dont want to tone them down a bit then bring back the old rapids so I can have a chance to escape the angry zerg spamming gapclosers and rooting me down.

Mustard

Major = 40%
Minor = 20%

Just standardize it and they need to do the same thing with executes.
