Lost Clockwork City story quest

About halfway through the clockwork city main story quests I encountered a glitch that made it so I couldn't access the next quest spot. Having resolved similar issues in the past by dropping the quest and restarting it, I tried to do that, but now that I have dropped the quest I can't seem to figure out how to get the quest back. Any help would be great!
