That won't get it deleted. Just locked.
I would suggest a PM to someone like @ZOS_GinaBruno but I suspect that it will take a Ticket, and some persistence, to get it done.

✭✭✭✭✭Bear in mind that if you give ZOS sufficient cause, they may not just close your forum account but also your game account as well as arranging if appropriate e.g. your Xbox Live account. A polite PM to them might be better.
But like @lordrichter says, it's easiest just to walk away (and delete any bookmark).1 -
