ESO using one drive documents instead of my local version

How do I make sure ESO only uses the local version of my documents?

I had to go through all the I agree stuff again and none of my addons are available.

I need it to be directed to the correct folder.

Okay I am using necromancy on this thread.

My one drive is full because all my games are using it instead of my large local hard drives

How do I force ESO to use my local documents instead of one drive? (I'll then copy past my addon data back to my local drives)
