With the creation club being made, would you like something similar made with The Elder Scrolls Online Online?

Even their buff tracker is so poor comparing to Srendarr etc, so I assume it would be similar with other types of addons.

I don't want ZOS to distribute add ons, but I DO think they should take a few of the more popular ones and make them toggleable options for the base game UI.

Skyshards, lorebooks, and awesome guild store come to mind, for example.

Agree with @DeadlyRecluse. Some of the best and most popular add-ons should really be native functionality. I would add Advanced Filters to his list.

Outside of those, Zeni should focus development and testing efforts on game improvements, and leave addons in the hands of the community.

I could see ZOS taking advantage of this by charging for apps. In the end they would probably make UI feature that are only available by buying it from them.

In reality its time ZOS made a more complete UI that didn't need all these add-ons.

I see no benefit of such an arrangement.

ZOS make addons already. The latest awesome addon from ZOS is called "Outfits" or something like that, IIRC.
That's the only addon distribution I want them to do is not addons actually, I want them to do built-in features.

One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.

Things like skyshard & lorebook maps would be really handy for us console players not to mention a pop up notification for when your ultimate & pots are ready.

If ZoS puts them into base functionality, they aren't add-ons any more, by definition :) They have incorporated some add-ons I've used, well enough I've deleted those add-ons as superfluous. But no, I would not want them to monetize game functionality. I just want them to adapt the most popular and useful ideas, like Advanced Filters. I just introduced a friend to add-ons and she asked after a couple of hours using just the basic inventory/crafting ones I'd recommended, "how did I play this game for a year and a half without these?"
