My PvE experience has been completely neutered by all the PvP crybabies begging for nerfs on the forums.

I don't know if the forums have changed the way I play the game per say. Except maybe to quit being a loner and treating the game like a Single Player Game.

It's brought me alot of new members to the trading guilds I'm in. And it effects me because I've noticed you from the forums in the Rawl'kha bank on atleast 3 occasions...
started playing eso sometime around july ’15…every time I would do some research – I kept finding answers on these forums…so, finally joined the forums around a year later in july ’16…
as a primarily solo player with limited interaction with other players in game – no question the forums have played a huge role in my approach to crafting, and character builds…
that wasn’t what got me thinking on this though…
was in imperial city last night doing some tel var farming…been in there the last few days and had primarily been just farming in the sewers – wasn’t really earning a lot of tel var – so, figured I go try farming up top in the districts for awhile…
i’m pretty easily distracted – so, pretty much ended up just doing quests for awhile…
however I did run in to a couple of situations where I was hidden to some "enemy" low level cp players whom were by themselves and engaged (one opening a chest, another fighting xivkyn) - buffed myself up, was ready to go through my rotations and just couldn't pull the trigger...
i just couldn’t stop thinking about all those posts I've read about people being upset and bummed out about getting ganked in IC and losing half their stones...
it made me weak :'(
so, just wondering now – how have the forums influenced your gameplay?
Sometimes in Alik'r I see a forum-famous Khajiit vampire assassin standing around (thinking deep thoughts?) and I run a couple of circles around him before I go on my way, a little happier.
Other than that? I dunno. I've learned a lot of stuff from reading here and following links, so it's probably changed all of my gameplay. Even straight-up forum drama is kind of educational.

This is not how you farm tel var, kiddo
