    Both Twitch and Youtube have a strict term that no content from a player can be released unless that content creator explicitly accepts it (Copyright policies). That is written in TOS. Because of the nature of the content, it would also be illegal to mass-spread that information (Data protection and cyber bullying). As I have said, for now I am letting it slide as it is not major.

    No you're letting this slide because you realised how dumb it sounded, the TOS you are referring to is about fan channels that can get money from the content -- see top plays of the week (game here) for reference.
    In this case a common twitch feature was used and created a clip, if this was against the TOS that feature would not exist.

    I have the rights to remove the clip right now in 1 click if I actually cared, because I legally 'own' that clip. I am just choosing not to.

    Only takes a basic google search of the gold seller to see its Runescape related. And if you know much about blob you'd know how much he was invested in that game. This has nothing to do with ESO. Until you can prove Blob has done anything wrong in ESO, maybe just leave him alone.

    It made me wonder if this thread has been reported yet,
    as it is 7:30 in the morning here, and appears to have been up for a little over 2 hours
    so made a point of using the report feature -- now only wonder how long until the thread is closed once the mods get notification about it

    This protects Twitch, not the end-user of 'created content' - Part of the Twitch Partnership TOS states that 'As the partner to Twitch and end creator of content you have the rights to any content created and can take action through Twitch partnership to remove content breaching copyright laws' (In far more words though). I can't give you a screenshot, as Partner TOS is confidential.

    just post something and make only a little bit more out of the facts by just giving them a meaning that isn´t so to see in the original clip..... in fact there is nothing in the clip from Blobsky that prooves anything, and certainly not the things he get accused for here by some hunks!

    You wont post the screenshot because what you are quoting is totally irrelevant to something like this. They would NOT have two TOS's that says to the public hey you're free to do what you please with making clips, then a secret society one that says hey you shh the other TOS is fake.

    What you are probably talking about with copyright laws is literally those people who make fake accounts on Youtube as a top streamer and upload daily their top moments and monetize the videos.

    You do realise that those 'streamer top moments' are copyright breaches right? If somebody makes that, the Twitch content creator has the legal right to get the video taken down - a recent example was Zulu vs Keep on Runescape during an Elysian Sigil drop. Zulu got the clip and stated that Keep did not have permission to use it, and Keeps video was taken down by Youtube and a strike placed on his channel.

    The creator of the 'montage' is liable if the original content creator did not give them permission. No action is taken unless that original creator demands it, because that way it is clear that permission was never given. The same is actually true for Musics too, but YouTube does that automatically since generally the creators of the originals are extremely large businesses.

    That is good of you and I don't believe you're concretely guilty but I am highly suspicious. If you did, you'd obviously give the list of all your accounts and exclude the gold selling ones. That isn't a concrete way of checking but that's on zos

    There's nothing to decide. Buying and Selling in-game currency is a top sin of TOS violations.
