Yea ban the last streamer that can pull 300-400 viewers to twitch eso's dying page to some degree of relevancy.

    Also:

    Just saying

Well zos will decide if he's guilty or not. Even if he is he will probably get away with it considering they let shey have his account bank. But you shouldn't contribute to real world trading, there are far more friendlier more honourable trading guilds you can join in craglorn/mournhold.

He isn't above the same level of punishment any non GM/streamer should receive

ZoS will decide if he's guilty and he will be punished.

If he's not going to be punished, he's probably guilty anyways, because ZoS is not reliable.

Awesome reasoning there mate, great logic.

Well we will see. I doubt you'd be so stupid as to use your main account though. No one of us know if zos had the technology to check all accounts from the same IP

I've already given them a list of all of my accounts, none have sold gold or ever will.

That is good of you and I don't believe you're concretely guilty but I am highly suspicious. If you did, you'd obviously give the list of all your accounts and exclude the gold selling ones. That isn't a concrete way of checking but that's on zos

Actually there is, from any PC Game development side, you can see the transactions, movement, actions, IP etc etc etc of an account. They have a full list provided by me either way, but can log all of my transactions too. Sorry to dissapoint.

Too much money is involved in that kind of cooperation, so they protect each other.

And yes, I know what I'm saying. There are people from raiding environment on PC EU who never got punished for exploiting PvE stuff just because they're famous (they make builds, promote game on streams, etc).

It doesn't make sense banning them from a business perspective. It's like free advertisement. When sypher used to stream eso he would get 600 to 700 viewers and bump eso on top a little bit in twitch making eso look good and attracting people. lol, i am not even a businessman but even i know that if i have a dying game i would not be banning my free advertisements. But if my game was dying then i guess i ain't no businessman in the first place after all.

What's funny is that the last time this threads popped up they quickly got closed by devs but now seeing how the guy in question is around defending himself nothing happens... Like some sort of premeditation thingy... Stranger Things... I like that show.

Got nothing against selling or buying gold but the cloak and dagger stuff really annoys me.

Well what about using a VPN to hide your IP like what those Chinese/venzuelan gold farmers and botters in general use

It’s just questionable where he gets all his gold to be the “richest” user on EU. If he uses Chinese farmers, guess what, that’s against T&C. If he buys/sells gold that is as well. I don’t know if any rich pvp player but maybe things are different over there.

Read my previous comment, is already answers exactly what you just said. 'all accounts, all transactions' - that is not just trade, its guild bank, item movement, guild store, mail etc etc etc. None of those have been bias in any of my accounts history, because I have never sold gold.

I like that some ppl already decided that Blobs is guilty, no matter what.
I see that presumption of innocence not working on forum...

Clearly. Reading this thread hasn't given me an opinion about whether I think blobs is rmt or not, but it has made me think very little of OP and the lynch mob. Sad really.

    It is. :(

Look, if you think somebody's violating TOS, there are avenues to report that and have it looked into. This crap? This is just gross.

LOL. Did you miss the part where people actually reported this to Zos? Nothing happened.

Missed the part where threads were being closed because of this? Nothing happened.

At the very least it SHOULD make you wonder.

They have already stated publicly that it is being investigated, and I have asked (and hope they keep their word) for them to release it publicly. The reason that nothing has happened so far is that investigation takes time, or they have finished and realised that this is nonsense and I have never sold gold.

The reason threads are being closed is that it breaches TOS.

Actually, releasing my girlfriends chat without my permission also technically breaches the Law, but I'm letting that slide so far.

Oddly enough, I am not sure that those streamers feel the same way about ZOS. Streamers tend to be fickle and nomadic to start with, and if one is cheating, they are hardly going to be faithful to a studio if they get caught.

Either way, I have never sold eso gold, and have asked that my account is investigated and data released PUBLICLY to silence the same usual group of drama causers.

I have never sold eso gold, nor would I, and again reiterate that I am trying to get any investigation results made public.

I commend you for trying to get out in front of this, but it is really hard to get ZOS to comment publicly on anything that they don't already want to talk about. They don't want to talk about cheating and the results of investigations into cheating. Good luck.
