Too much money is involved in that kind of cooperation, so they protect each other.
And yes, I know what I'm saying. There are people from raiding environment on PC EU who never got punished for exploiting PvE stuff just because they're famous (they make builds, promote game on streams, etc).

It doesn't make sense banning them from a business perspective. It's like free advertisement. When sypher used to stream eso he would get 600 to 700 viewers and bump eso on top a little bit in twitch making eso look good and attracting people. lol, i am not even a businessman but even i know that if i have a dying game i would not be banning my free advertisements. I'd rather have there be no streamers and the game would be be considered respectable by non players than a game full of cheating streamers putting people off and telling the current players it's ok to cheat

Shey, his ESO boyfriend got perm banned for the exact same thing it's obvious they are dealing in this ***. And yet about a year later they let him have his account back. If they let a whiny little grand overlord (pre off tick buff) get his account back because they think he's an 'integral' player on PC EU I wonder how they'll respond to one of the few streamers left

Let's say you and blobs both exploited skin farming in CWC, would you be happy if you got a perm ban and him just a warning? I'd rather see there be no streamers IF they do exploit/rwt/cheat than lots of them as it just adds the cancer. I personally don't think any of the big streamers cheat from what I see. This one the other hand there is possible proof that needs investigating properly

Just as you are convinced/suspicious that Blobs is selling, there are plenty of people who are certain streamer X is a cheater/macro user/whatever. In the end, we won't be the judges of that, ZOS will - so why not keep it between ZOS & you if you have a problem with a certain player?
As I said, naming-and-shaming people doesn't help anyone - if anything it just discourages other people from picking up streaming this game.

They have already stated publicly that it is being investigated, and I have asked (and hope they keep their word) for them to release it publicly. The reason that nothing has happened so far is that investigation takes time, or they have finished and realised that this is nonsense and I have never sold gold.
The reason threads are being closed is that it breaches TOS.

Oddly enough, I am not sure that those streamers feel the same way about ZOS. Streamers tend to be fickle and nomadic to start with, and if one is cheating, they are hardly going to be faithful to a studio if they get caught.Either way, I have never sold eso gold, and have asked that my account is investigated and data released PUBLICLY to silence the same usual group of drama causers.
I have never sold eso gold, nor would I, and again reiterate that I am trying to get any investigation results made public.
I commend you for trying to get out in front of this, but it is really hard to get ZOS to comment publicly on anything that they don't already want to talk about. They don't want to talk about cheating and the results of investigations into cheating. Good luck.
