Great patch, please do not repeat HoTR pts ending

This patch seems the most promising so far. Outfit system, aoe cap remove, new good healer set (it was darn time), new good monster set, synergy fixes and overall imrovements give the best feeling of a patch.

Thank you ZoS, surprisingly well done! Please just don't repeat what you did with HoTR PTS and doubletake back what you seem to be giving

My only suggestion would be giving something back to magsorcs to replace the loss from offbalance.

The patch is great, except for the fact that magdks will be extremely overpowered in pvp unless they do something about it. Anything else is super nice and I'm actually pretty hyped about it.

MagDKs are already one of/the best 1v1. We’ll see what happens. I foresee a lot of whip spam if nothing changes.

Understatement of the year, really. As it currently stands on the pts, magdks are the undisputable 1v1 champion, as far as I heard from some top tier players. 5 extremely hard hitting undodgable abilities in a row followed by an insanely hard hitting undodgable ultimate is simply insane.

Off balance was fine as it was on live imo, it didn't really affect PvP as most classes didn't consume off balance to begin with, and PvE guys were happy. We'll see what happens.

5 hard hitting undodgeable abilities? Undodgeable leap? My man leap is one of the easiest to counter and telegraphed,

All classes have their opportunities to beat each other in a duel or open world, people just need to know how to cover their butts against counter classes.

Leap is only foreseeable when it happens from a distance, which is not the case in a 1v1. You can't foresee leap from close range.

It’s easy to telegraph as in if ur knowledge about the combat of th game you can block it at the right time. Same thing goes for incap, spectral bow, and frag.

Putting a stun that early in our combo just kinda gives away free cc immunity, messing up the rest of our combo.

Agreed. They should 'doublegive' back what they took (block cost changes...)

Yea but I don't use Miats like you do my dear.
There is just no way to block this, unless you do an intuitive block or permablock. I don't deny, that I have often blocked leaps from the distance and incaps. But that was only, because I had enough time to see leap coming and because I've expected this Nightblade to go for an incap.

There is no way to see that coming in melee range.

I agree Power whip spam on pts now is overpowered, but if they go nuclear and add the too high a cool down to players then it'd rip DKs and ruins follow up from an interrupt if it has already been used within.

2.5s off-balance cool down on target max. That way whip can self proc once every 5s and a chance to follow up from an interrupt.

    Keep the stun.

I play console LMFAO, my same comment still stands. Just like how you anticipate a frag or incap, you can do the same for leap. A blocked leap means won’t hit past 4K.
