Cuz I still can't login. I get timed out on char loading almost ever time. Up to 4%! LOL maybe sometime next week it will be done. If this doesn't fix it I will be so sad.

Currently the PTS has an issue loading existing characters, but not templates. This should be sorted by tommorrowEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Have you tried to create a new character (just to see if you can load it)?
Have you tried characters that are not parked in Cyrodiil or Rawkla or other busy zones?Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yes, even the chars I moved out to where nobody is around are timing out. I have tried many things but nothing seems to help. I have been playing since may 2014, but this issue is pretty recent, and I can't seem to get around it. So hopefully reinstalling will help cuz I just want to be able to play and check my mail and do my crafting writs and everything without fighting just to log in to each char.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Have you tried creating and loading in a character on the other server? That is, EU if you're NA, and vice versa. If you can access characters on one server but not the other then that would suggest perhaps a network issue between you and the offending server.1 -

Riverspirit✭✭✭I finally found it! Master Merchant was doing it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it's all fine. So yay. Thanks for the troubleshooting suggestions. Totally helped me track it down.
