I want a refund of crowns due to no warning

Race change REQUIRES Any Race upgrade to change to a race of a different alliance, but the service item does NOT state that. It is a RACE CHANGE. I am not used to MMOs having such locks on games and the thought did not cross my mind that buying a RACE CHANGE wouldn't allow me to change to the race of my choosing.
This is a SCAM. I expect a refund of 1500 crowns to my account.

✭✭✭✭✭I recall a thread elsewhere in which you were advised (a) this is not a scam and (b) your best bet was to put in a polite ticket to ZOS asking them nicely to issue a refund. I guess you didn't get the drift of what was being suggested. Accusing a developer of scamming you and stating an expectation of recompense isn't really the best way forward.
It isn't a case of not allowing you to change to the race of your choosing, rather it's a case of not allowing you to change to a race to which you do not have access. I accept that it could be more clearly set out, but it is not a scam and the sooner you accept that and word your refund request accordingly, the sooner you are likely to receive a sympathetic response from ZOS.3
