Error 118 launcher problem

This is like my last ditch effort to try get this working for the past week I have owned the game I keep getting the same problem error 118 when loading url http://127.0.0.1.50575 main html this shows every time I try to open the launcher and nothing happens iv tried reinstalling it many times doing what is recommended but nothing I have done has worked funnily enough when I updated my windows it started working for a time and I could start downloading the game but as I have very slow internet I could not keep my computer on the whole time so I risked it and the same error message has appeared Iv tried disabling my firewall and security but to no luck if someone knows anything please let me know thanks
